  From the moment we arrived, both hosts Ian and Rob made us feel so welcome! My husband George and I, had the whole first floor to ourselves, which included a spacious bedroom and bathroom to suit a King and a Queen, a beautiful lounge room with a fire place, billiard table that kept us entertained at nights, and a spa outside on the balcony. We had the experience to watch a movie in the theatre room gold class style with popcorn, ice cream and drinks provided. Breakfast was delicious and we both loved how Ian and Rob interacted with us and the other guests, it made us feel very welcome and at ease. The whole house is beautiful and modern and the front water views were amazing. It was the best 2 days escape getaway that we both needed in a long time, thanks to Ian and Rob’s hospitality!!!!

  My Husband and I recently stayed two nights at Starhaven Retreat on our honeymoon. It is such a gorgeous place, in a beautiful, relaxing location. Rob and Ian are lovely and welcoming, and can't do enough to help. There is so much to do, you could never be bored! And it's great that they offer apple tv and netflix in the rooms, when most other accommodation still only offer free to air/on demand pay movies. The beautiful daily breakfast with great conversation is a real highlight!

  Simply a delight from start to finish.
  
  We were so warmly welcomed by Ian and Rob ( and Mickey the dog)
  
  From the moment we arrived, they could not have done more to make our stay a memorable one.
  
  The Haven suite was luxurious, expansive and pure relaxation.
  After the steam room, the infinity spa and a glass of red overlooking the ocean from our own private balcony, we soon forgot about the stresses of the weekly grind.
  
  As it was a long weekend, we were having difficulty finding a winery venue for lunch.
  Ian to the rescue. And within minutes, had a booking for us.
  
  Breakfast was scrumptious and the conversation with both our hosts and other guests, was a great start to the morning ( you MUST have the mushrooms)
  
  Evenings were spent in the magnificence of their starlit movie cinema, in our recliner chairs. Unbelievably, they have their own Gold Class
  
  What a wonderful place !!
  
  We will definitely return.

  We have had the pleasure of staying at Starhaven Retreat a number of times, it is our go to accommodation for a stay on the Bellarine Peninsula. Ian and Robert are the most impeccable hosts, within a luxurious environment that rivals most 5 star hotels. From the gourmet breakfasts, to the picnic baskets and the drinks on the beautiful balcony overlooking Port Phillip Bay, it is truely a beautiful, relaxing and stunning place to stay.
